Hi and welcome to Outdoor Bootcamps nutritional advice and support

You are at a stage in life where you want to start to look after yourself a bit better, shift a few pounds so you can maintain a healthier lifestyle as well as look and feel better in your clothes...
I know this because that is exactly where I am at too!

You have tried all the fad diets and yes they work if you can stick them out... however as soon as you stop them and want to go back eating normal everyday food again, the weight is put back on and you are at square one again! This is all too familiar... again I've been there!

There are a few out there that work, Weight Watcher's, Unislim, Slimming World... and you know what, they do work for their part. This site is to guide you and support you through your journey. I will do my utmost to motivate you on your eating habits and obviously if you attend my bootcamps I will motivate you through the exercise too.



I have created Outdoor Bootcamp to suit the everyday man and woman. It is a sanctuary where you will get all the info and help you will need to reach your target weight... you may not even know what your target weight is yet and that is fine... together we will work it all out and the main goal is to have a healthier happier you! These are 4 vital tools in losing weight and maintaining the new improved you. Nobody will be here to judge, ridicule or laugh at anyone's goals or efforts. EVERYONE will be here for the same purpose and through myself, you and the rest of the "bootcampers" I want and will ensure that GEMS are in abundance. I know myself that by giving out Guidance I feel guided... by giving out encouragement I am encouraged... by giving motivation I motivate myself and by supporting others I feel supported too.

So support each other and lets get into the shape you want to be in, no if's, and or buts and above all no bull!!!


A lot of the info here is for free, but I can also give  you a detox plan, diet plan and exercise plan, custom built for the individual that will guarantee results. Check out my DETOX, DIET and EXERCISE PLAN page for more info.

You should weigh in on the same day every week, take measurements every 2 weeks and take photos every 6 weeks... 

DO NOT get disheartened if every week the scales don't show up a loss, 2 reasons...
1. to maintain weight loss it needs to be done at a nice steady pace
2. what might not show on the scale will show in your measurements.


Measure in's should take place every fortnight:

Neck
Chest- just directly under your arms
Stomach- around from your belly button
Thigh 3/4 way up at the meatiest part

To measure, use fabric measuring tape... If you cannot get that, use string then mark and measure string with tape measure... Don't pull tape or string too tight, just firmly that it's not loose.
And be fully honest regardless of what it's telling you. Jot them down and keep them safe until next time then compare.

Finally... Don't cheat... if you cheat, you are only cheating yourself...
You will have bad days, bad weeks even, that is natural... we are human, just get back up and do better the next day/week.

Now go out and kick fats ass!!!
