- 50g Porridge Oats
- 140ml Fat Free Yogurt
- Fruit of your Choice
- 25ml Skimmed Milk
Method
Layer the porridge oats, yogurt and fruit into a pint glass the pour over the milk and leave in the fridge overnight.
Serve cold.
