Outdoor Bootcamp Info

I run my outdoor bootcamp in 2 venues at the moment. New dates and new venues will eventually follow...

But for now  times and places are as follows:

Saturday mornings- 9am--Men and ladies- beginners and general fitness
                                In Ballybeg woods in Clarecastle, Co. Clare


Sunday mornings- 8am--Men and fitter ladies
                            9am--Womens bootcamp- beginners and general fitness
                            10.15am-- Private group
                             In Foynes woods, Listowl rd, Foynes, Co. Limerick

I also give Sat evening bootcamps to some local GAA teams but these are private to each club.

Private group sessions available and personal training sessions.

The bootcamp is roughly 60 mins long, it consists of a warm up, jogging between stations, body-weight exercises (all variations of exercises like squats, lunges, pushups, plank positions, dips, core work etc etc), hill work (sprints. lunge walking, backward running, hops and jumps etc) there is some boxing work and we finish with a cool down and stretches.
The boot camp targets every muscle group in the body and each bootcamp is different, you will never repeat the exact same routine over.
